My Filofax Collection - UPDATED!!!

Here are some updated pictures of my collection of Filofax Organizers.  My plan was to collect as many PURPLEFilofaxes as I can. I don't think I'll get very far, but I will do the best I can do.

Here is what I have so far:
From Left to Right: Personal Holborn in WineCompact Osterley in PlumPersonal Finchley in Imperial PurplePersonal Songbird in PurplePersonal Metropol in LavenderPersonal Domino in Ultra VioletPersonal Apex in FucshiaPocket Adelphi in DamsonPocket Malden in PurplePocket Malden in Grey (not pictured)

Currently, I am using the Imperial Purple Finchley and the Ultra Violet Domino combination.

My dream is to own a Violet (Vintage) Winchester, an Amethyst Slimline Deco, and a Personal Baroque (even though they're not purple, they are beautiful)!
Some people unfamiliar with Filofax wonder, "Why have more than one?" My reasoning, is like shoes/ purses. It's a collection. It depends on my mood, on my outfit, the seasons. There are lots of factors. A partic…

Haul #6: Washi/ Masking Tapes!!!

Recently, I've been going tape crazy. I had a sudden urge to find washi/ masking/ paper tapes. I was surprised when I would go into my local craft stores ex. Michael's, Jo-Anne's, and Hobby Lobby. I would ask them if they carried Washi tape and some salespeople would look at me like I said some weird thing. How could they not know what it is? And you work at a craft store? How do you not know these products? Luckily I found some myself! Michael's craft store has their own brand called Recollections. I found these in the Embellishment asile, along side stickers.

These varied from $4.99 - $0.99. Most came in packs of two or three.
These little cuties also came in a pack of 6.

Here is my order from: Cute Tape

My Filofax Week #4

Hello everyone!  Another sick week for me. Just when I felt I was getting better, I got worse. I finally went to the doctor, but sure enough I only got cough medicine. Looks like I'll have to fight this one myself. This cold has really kicked my butt. Not much was done this week, but it still won't stop me from updating my Filofax. I'm finally starting to feel better. So, I hope to have a couple other new posts soon!
So here was my week =) ENJOY!

My Filofax Week #3

Just a quick post because I've been sick all week. This pretty much sums it all up.

Receiving my washi tape  & 3 new Filofaxes did cheer me up a bit. =)

My Filofax Week #2

Hello All! A very eventful week it was for me this week. I'll start of by showing you how it went.
My daughter went back to school on Monday. She had been on break since Nov. (Thanksgiving time). That means mommy/ daddy/ & baby have to wake up early again. I enrolled my oldest in Ballet. She's always dancing and singing around. I've been a bit stressed out with my job. The company hasn't been doing well, and some days I've been getting cancelled because we don't have enough patients. Also, I kept hearing that we might close down. I can't afford to be guessing if I'll have a job the next day, so for my new years resolution, I thought I would update my resume and start looking around for a more secure job.  Please, wish me luck!
Ever since we came back from Hawaii, we started going to this Asian market here called - MARUKAI. They sell Asian groceries as well as lots of Hawaiian goodies.  We have been frequenting here lately.
As I said on my previous…

December - Month in Review 2012 Part 2

Secondly, I didn't just get one Filofax for Christmas, but two! Luckily, right after putting up an ad on Philofaxy, I got in touch with another fellow Filofax user who sold me hers. *This is why I love Philofaxy!*

December - Month in Review 2012 Part 1

Happy New Year!!! I hope everyone had a very fun and safe celebration. As for my family and I, we celebrated with our family. First of all, I want to show you all what I got for Christmas. My hubby got me a Compact Plum Osterley Filofax!!!! I was super happy and I cannot wait to show it to you all.  Here she is:

I really love this color, not to mention that I have clothes to match with it!  I had to move in right away, sorry Holborn! But I needed a change. This lovely diary came with cotton cream inserts. Pens & Leather was so kind enough to give me a a couple end months of 2012. So, moving in was no problem. Here's my set-up along with my dividers.  I do use this as a planner/ wallet combo.  I only carry my cards, a 2013 horizontalyear planner, 3 months worth of WO2P inserts (week on two pages), 3 sheets of To Do pages, 3 pages of lined paper, and 3 pages of blank paper, and 3 pages worth of cards (membership cards, stamp cards, health cards for personal and work) and gift cards…
